About Us With origins from Homebush State Abattoirs and with many Butcher shops over the years in most suburbs. In the 1970's third generation butcher, Fred McDonald, took the Company into the export arena, servicing, Japan, Korea, South East Asia and the Pacific Islands. Today the company is managed by Fred's sons Brett and Peter McDonald, with the help of a great team of dedicated staff. Homebush Export Meat is a leading exporter of high quality Beef, Lamb, Pork, Game, and Australian Farm Products.
